1. Booking and Payments
The reservation is confirmed and effective only upon receipt of the Confirmation deposit of 50% the total amount of the stay.
- Accepted payment methods for the deposit: Bank transfer, PayPal.
- Jump: The remaining 50% must be soldered in cash on arrival, at the same time as the keys.
2. Cancellation Policy and Examination
In case of cancellation by the Guest, the following conditions apply:
- Free Cancellation: Up to 30 days before the expected arrival date. In this case, the deposit will be refunded entirely.
- Cancellation Tardiva: For cancellations communicated within 29 days prior to arrival, or in case of no-show (No-Show), the property will retain the full amount of the deposit paid (50%) as a penalty.
- Departure: In case the Guest decides to stop the stay before the check-out date, no refund is required for the days not taken.
3. Check in and Check out
- Check-in (Arrivo): From hours 15:00. Upon arrival, a valid identity document (Passport or Identity Card) is required for each guest, necessary for the registration of the law (Webdates).
- Check-out: Taxation within hours 10:00 to allow the cleaning and preparation of the accommodation for the next guests.
4. House rules and prohibitions
To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone and respect for the neighborhood, the following rules are required:
- Guests: It is strictly forbidden to introduce unregistered persons at check-in.
- Smoke: Smoking is forbidden inside the apartment. Smoking is allowed exclusively in outdoor spaces (patio/garden) using the appropriate ashtrays.
- Animals: Pets are not allowed.
- Quiet and quiet: It is necessary to avoid harassment and noise, respecting in particular afternoon rest hours (14:00 – 16:00) and night (after 23:00).
5. Cleaning, Waste and Taxes
- Cleaning and Linen: Final cleaning and linen (bath/bath) are included in the price.
- Waste management: The Ospite is required to dispose of the waste carefully following the separate collection calendar of the island of Procida, which you will find exposed in structure. It is forbidden to leave garbage inside the house at check-out.
- Tourist tax: Not provided / Included.
6. Damage and Responsibility
A security deposit is not required upon arrival. However, the Guest is responsible for the care of the property and furnishings. Any damage caused to the structure or objects contained in it during the stay must be reported immediately and compensated before departure.
The management assumes no responsibility for any loss or theft of valuable objects left unattended within the structure.
